Must cancel at the 72 hour mark so the staff can find a replacement appointment. At 48 hours, you are subject to a charge of 50% of the service booked and at 24 hours or less, you are subject to 100% of the service booked due to the financial loss and lack of time to replace the appointment. All cases are handled on an individual basis and tracked in the system. The new system will automatically charge repeat offenders. Repeat offenders are considered after 1- day of or within 24 hours of cancellations or more.
